Elotes locos with taqueritos
Ingredients
• 2 ears of corn
• 1 bag of Taqueritos Chile Toreado
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 lemons in quarters
PROCEDURE
• Cut each ear of corn and then place it in a pot with hot water.
• When they are ready, remove them and discard the excess water. Pass them through the mayonnaise, covering them completely.
• Place the Taqueritos in a food processor and blend them.
• Once blended, cover the corn and serve with a little lemon.
