ELOTES LOCOS CON TAQUERITOS

Ingredients
– 2 ears of corn
– 1 bag of Taqueritos Chile Toreado
– 1 cup of mayonnaise
– 2 limes, cut into wedges
Directions
– Cut each ear of corn and place them in a pot with hot water.
– Once cooked, remove them and drain the excess water. Coat them completely with the mayonnaise.
– Place the Taqueritos in a food processor and crush them.
– Once crushed, coat the corn with the crumbs and serve with a squeeze of lime.
