Produit Des Champs Inc. shall not be liable for damages resulting from:

  • Breakage of cold chain
  • Incorrect storage

8- Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • Accepted payment methods include electronic payments (Visa, Mastercard, and others available on the platform).

Taxes

9- Shipping and Logistics

Deliveries are made within Quebec and nearby areas through pre-established distribution routes.

For purchases outside of Quebec and its surrounding areas, please contact us and we will tell you how to get our products.

10- Transfer of Risk

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
From that moment, the customer assumes full responsibility for the products.

11- Returns, Claims, and Refunds

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Requirements:

  • Sufficient evidence (photos, detailed explanation, etc.).
  • Evaluation and approval by the company.

Conditions

  • All claims are subject to investigation.

    • Request product return
    • Instruct product disposal on-site
    • Reject the claim

Resolution

  • Store credit

Full refunds are not guaranteed.
